1 cup (8 oz.) Unsweetened Coconut Milk
2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
1 banana
1/2 tbsp of honey (optional)
1 cup ice (not needed if using frozen fruit)

Raspberry Smoothie Bowl
1 scoop of Mighty Muscadine Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 frozen ripe banana
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp. chia seeds
Optional Toppings:
Fresh raspberries, Sliced banana, Coconut flakes

Overnight Oats
1 scoop of Mighty Muscadine Vanilla Pea Protein Powder
1 cup Oats
2 cups Milk of Choice
2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
Optional Toppings: Peanut Butter, Strawberries, Blueberries, Bananas, Mini Chocolate Chips, Yogurt
Combine protein powder and milk. Shake/mix well until powder breaks down and is smooth. Combine oats and chia seeds so they are mixed well to avoid clumping. Combine protein and milk mixture with oats and chia seeds. Mix well. Refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours. Serve with optional toppings and enjoy!
